Terms of Service

Welcome to SkySet TV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SkySet TV website, streaming services, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using SkySet TV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may choose not to use the Service.
1. About SkySet TV
SkySet TV is operated by SkySet Entertainment (“SkySet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SkySet TV provides access to licensed audiovisual entertainment, including television programs, films, anime, and other digital content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use SkySet TV independently.
If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use SkySet TV only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using SkySet TV, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
Certain features of SkySet TV require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You should notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account when you have taken reasonable steps to protect your account and promptly notify us of the unauthorized activity.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or account ownership when necessary to protect your account.
4. Purchases and Access to Content
SkySet TV may offer individual programs, episodes, seasons, films, or other content for one-time purchase or other forms of digital access.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a one-time purchase provides you with a license to access the purchased content through your SkySet TV account for as long as SkySet has the necessary rights and technical ability to provide that content.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyrighted content to you.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased content available. However, content may occasionally become unavailable because of licensing restrictions, legal requirements, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If content you have purchased is permanently removed from SkySet TV before the end of the advertised access period, SkySet will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access, providing access to comparable content, or issuing a refund.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed before you complete a purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Payments are processed through our designated payment processor. SkySet does not intentionally retain complete payment-card information when our payment processor handles the transaction.
6. Refunds
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Unless a different refund policy is clearly displayed for a particular purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used or viewed the purchased content.
We may also issue refunds outside this period when appropriate, including when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- You were charged for a purchase you did not authorize;
- The purchased content is unavailable due to a technical problem;
- The content does not become accessible after a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue;
- SkySet permanently removes purchased content shortly after your purchase;
- A significant technical problem prevents reasonable access to the purchased content; or
- A refund is otherwise appropriate under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
To request a refund, contact SkySet through the customer-support method provided on the SkySet TV website.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation
Because standard SkySet TV purchases are one-time purchases, there is generally nothing you need to cancel after completing a purchase.
If SkySet TV offers subscriptions or recurring memberships in the future, you will be able to cancel them through your account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not ordinarily remove access that you have already paid for during the applicable billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
We will not intentionally make cancellation unnecessarily difficult.
8. Streaming and Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible device and a sufficiently reliable internet connection.
Video quality may vary depending on your device, internet connection, network conditions, geographic location, and other technical factors.
SkySet does not guarantee that the Service will work on every device, browser, operating system, internet connection, or television.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service and correct significant technical problems when they are brought to our attention.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep SkySet TV available and operational, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Software or hardware problems;
- Network or hosting problems;
- Internet outages;
- Security incidents;
- Third-party service failures;
- Licensing or legal requirements; or
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore significant service interruptions.
Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund. However, if a significant outage materially prevents you from accessing content you purchased, you may contact us regarding an appropriate remedy.
10. Geographic Restrictions
Certain content may only be available in particular countries or territories because of licensing restrictions.
Any geographic restrictions applicable to a particular title will be communicated where reasonably possible.
You agree not to intentionally circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by our licensors.
11. Your Use of the Service
You may use SkySet TV for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, or publicly exhibit SkySet TV content without authorization;
- Circumvent technological protections used to protect the Service or its content;
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another person’s account;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable strain on our systems;
- Use the Service to violate applicable law; or
- Resell access to your account or purchased content.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Copyright and Intellectual Property
SkySet TV and its original website materials, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by SkySet or used under license.
The programs and other audiovisual content available through SkySet TV may be owned by SkySet, its licensors, production companies, copyright holders, or other third parties.
Your purchase gives you the access rights described in these Terms and does not transfer copyright ownership.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content available through SkySet TV infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.
13. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or improve SkySet TV from time to time.
We will not intentionally make material changes to the Service that substantially reduce the value of content you have already purchased without providing an appropriate remedy where reasonably possible.
If a change materially affects your existing paid access, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or another appropriate method.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights you already acquired under the previous Terms unless required by law or necessary to address a legal or security issue.
Your continued use of SkySet TV after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account is being used for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, serious abuse of the Service, or repeated violations of these Terms.
We will generally provide notice and an opportunity to correct the problem when reasonably possible, except when immediate action is necessary to protect users, SkySet, or third parties.
Termination will not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.
If we terminate your account for a reason unrelated to your violation of these Terms and you have unused paid access that cannot reasonably be transferred or restored, we will consider an appropriate refund for the affected portion.
16. If You Violate These Terms
If you violate these Terms, SkySet may take reasonable action appropriate to the violation.
We will not impose arbitrary penalties or fees for violations unless clearly disclosed in advance and permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from disputing an action taken against your account.
17. Privacy
Your use of SkySet TV is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
Our Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and should be reviewed before using the Service.
18. Third-Party Services
SkySet TV may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, video-delivery providers, authentication services, and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party service outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address problems affecting your use of SkySet TV when we are able to do so.
19. No Forced Arbitration
You are not required to resolve disputes with SkySet through binding arbitration as a condition of using SkySet TV.
You retain any rights you may have to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from participating in a class action or other collective proceeding where such participation is permitted by applicable law.
20. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a problem or dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in this section limits any legal rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
21. Disclaimers
SkySet TV is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, SkySet does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkySet will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
However, this limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other circumstances for which applicable law prohibits limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
23. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for losses that SkySet reasonably incurs as a direct result of your intentional misuse of the Service, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by SkySet’s own negligence, misconduct, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
24. Force Majeure
SkySet will not be considered in breach of these Terms when performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread internet outages, government actions, war, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, or failures of third-party services.
We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services as soon as reasonably practical.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
26. No Waiver
If SkySet does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that SkySet has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision later.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically presented to you at the time of a particular purchase or service, constitute the agreement between you and SkySet regarding your use of SkySet TV.
If a specific purchase includes terms that conflict with these Terms, the terms presented specifically for that purchase will control with respect to that purchase.
28. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without unnecessarily limiting any consumer protections or rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to you.
